I am requesting at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. •A credit card is required to hold your appointment.  •Appointments not canceled within 24 hours will be charged 20% of the service amount. •Appointments for which clients are a “No-Show” will be charged 100% of the service amount. •Arriving later than 15 minutes into an appointment will require you to reschedule. ☆Appointments that are canceled due to ILLNESS will not be charged☆ •This policy is ESSENTIAL due to COVID-19 requirements. I can only book clients with straight through appointments. •This means, I cannot service another client in between process times. (If living in same household, I will double book). •Thorough Disinfectanting and Sanitizing are booked 15 minutes between clients. •All of this takes up a significant amount of time with one client.
